3 Age Verification and Identity

fsd8 is for adults aged 21 and above only. Our policy on age verification:

  • When creating an account, you must confirm that you are over 21 years of age.
  • fsd8 may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification at any time.
  • fsd8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
  • Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

Basic Verification

At registration, you must provide your name, age, and contact information. This information is used for basic verification.

Enhanced Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit identification before withdrawals above a certain amount. This is necessary for your own security.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All rules regarding financial transactions on fsd8 are detailed below:

4.1 Deposits

  • Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
  • Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted.
  • Deposit Timing: In most cases deposits are instant. Occasionally, some extra time may be needed for bank confirmation.
  • Currency: All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
  • Only use payment accounts registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳500.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes after approval.
  • Verification Requirement: Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals.
  • Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed using the same method as the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

fsd8 offers its users various bonuses and promotional offers. These bonuses are subject to the following terms and conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • New members will receive a 120% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit.
  • This bonus applies only once — one time per user.
  • Wagering Requirement: Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the total (deposit + bonus) amount.
  • The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

Bronze Tier

Up to 0.4% cashback per week. The first tier for regular players.

Silver Tier

Up to 0.8% cashback per week. For consistently active players.

Gold Tier

Up to 1.2% cashback per week. The highest reward for top players.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time — unless explicitly permitted.
  • Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
  • If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • The applicability of cashback and bonuses depends on the individual terms of each offer.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on fsd8 are governed by the following rules:

  • Fair Gameplay: fsd8 follows fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
  • Betting Limits: Each game and bet has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed in the game interface.
  • Confirmed Bets: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • Technical Errors: If a round is left incomplete due to a server error or disconnection, fsd8 will resolve it in accordance with the applicable policy.
  • Disputed Results: Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to support within 24 hours.
  • Sports Betting: For sports betting, official results are final. For all tournaments including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup, the ruling of the authorised governing body applies.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fsd8. If any of these are detected, the account will be immediately closed and the balance will be forfeited:

  • Bonus Fraud: Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses or exploiting the bonus system.
  • Money Laundering: Using fsd8 as a tool for money laundering.
  • Chargeback Fraud: Making fraudulent chargeback claims against authorised transactions.
  • Software Hacking: Attempting to hack the system or manipulate games.
  • Third-Party Services: Using auto-betting software or bots.
  • Minor Access: Allowing users under the age of 21 to access an account.
  • Harassment of Other Members: Threatening or disrespecting other members through chat or any other means.
Legal Action: fsd8 reserves the right to notify legal authorities if evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

fsd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • If identity verification is incomplete or false information has been provided.
  • If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
  • On the basis of a regulatory or legal order.

Before closing an account, if no breach of terms has occurred, the user will be given proper notice and an opportunity to withdraw their valid balance.

9 Responsible Gaming
